Walmart Supercenter #3454 in Perry, UT is hiring for Full-Time Home Associate positions. Shifts include Opening and Morning. Location: 1200 S Commerce Way, Perry, UT 84302.

Home associates greet customers, offer assistance, and suggest merchandise based on customer needs, while keeping displays neat and in order. Job description

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
