Walmart in Olney, IL is seeking a part-time Home Associate to join our team. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend products that match their wants and needs. You will also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. The role offers an hourly wage of $15 to $28 per hour plus annual or quarterly performance incentives, with additional premiums possible as described in the job posting.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
