Walmart Supercenter #34 in Nevada, MO is seeking a part-time Home associate to greet customers, assist them, and recommend merchandise that fits their needs. You will help customers find items and keep Home displays neat and organized throughout your shift.

The role offers shifts like Mid-Shift and Closing, with pay that may include premiums and a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible associates receive health coverage, a 401(k), stock purchase plans, PTO, and access to Live Better U

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
