Job summary

Walmart is hiring at the Massillon Supercenter in Massillon, OH. Team Members on the Home floor welcome customers, help with selections, and guide them to the right products to meet customer needs.

The role is full-time with available mid-shift and closing hours. Walmart offers health benefits, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, paid time off, discounts, and education benefits through Live Better U to eligible associates.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
