Walmart in Lorain, OH is hiring a Full-Time Home Associate. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist them and recommend merchandise based on their needs. You will help ensure Home displays are well maintained and organized throughout the day.

This role offers competitive pay with an hourly wage between $14 and $27, plus performance incentives and other benefits such as health coverage, a 401(k) plan and life insurance. Available openings include Morning shifts.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
