Job summary

Walmart is hiring at our La Crosse, WI location for Home associate roles. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs.

You’ll also help ensure Home displays are clean, organized, and up to date throughout the day. This position offers variable shifts (Mid-Shift and Closing) with both full-time and part-time opportunities, and comes with benefits like health coverage, a 401(k) plan, stock purchase, paid time off, and education

Job description

Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
