Job summary

Walmart in Katy, TX is hiring for a part-time Home Associate to help customers on the sales floor. You will greet shoppers, offer assistance, and recommend products based on needs while ensuring home displays stay neat and in order throughout the day.

Open morning shifts are available, with hourly pay ranging from $14 to $27 plus potential premiums and performance incentives. Walmart provides a broad benefits program for eligible associates.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
