Walmart is seeking a full-time Home Associate at Walmart Supercenter #2318 in Indiana, PA. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You will help keep displays neat and in proper order throughout the day.

Additional compensation includes performance incentives and premiums; benefits cover health, retirement, paid time off, and education programs. Available shifts: Mid-Shift and Closing; hourly wage range $14–$27.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
