Job summary

Walmart is hiring for a Full-Time Home Associate in Hartsville, SC. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs.

You’ll ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day, while supporting shift coverage during mid-shift and closing times. The role provides comprehensive benefits, and a wage range of $14–$27 per hour with additional incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
