Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Hammond (IN) is hiring for Home associate roles. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist with merchandise recommendations, and help keep Home displays neat and well-ordered throughout the day.

Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing, with a competitive hourly wage and incentive opportunities. A comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and education benefits such as Live Better U.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
