Job summary

Walmart in Great Falls, MT is seeking Home Associate for full-time shifts. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist them, and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs, while ensuring home displays remain well-maintained throughout the day.

Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
