Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Home Associate at the Flagstaff, AZ Walmart Supercenter. This part-time role involves greeting customers on the sales floor, assisting with questions, and recommending merchandise based on customer needs.

You will help maintain displays and ensure products are accessible throughout the shift. Compensation includes hourly wages starting at $18.50 to $31.50, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and various premiums.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
