Walmart Supercenter #1932 in Ellsworth, ME is seeking a full-time home associate to greet customers on the sales floor, assist with their needs, and recommend merchandise while ensuring home displays are maintained in proper order throughout the day.

The role offers mid-shift and closing shifts and an hourly wage range with additional incentives and comprehensive benefits. Eligible employees receive health, vision, dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid leave.

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
