Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Home Associate for the Columbus area store. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist them, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You will help keep Home displays neat and properly arranged throughout the day.

This temporary, hourly position offers pay between $15 and $28 per hour, with potential annual or quarterly incentives and additional premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
