Walmart Supercenter #5251 in Chattanooga, TN seeks Home associates to greet customers, assist on the sales floor, and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. You will help maintain home displays and ensure order throughout the day.

This part-time role offers hourly pay ranging from $14 to $27 per hour, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), stock purchase plan, and paid time off.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
