Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Athens, GA is hiring for a part-time Home Associate role. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs, and ensure Home displays are maintained throughout the day.

The position offers an hourly wage of $14 to $27, with additional incentives and a range of benefits. This role includes available shifts and opportunities to work mid-shift or closing hours at the Athens location.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
