Job summary

Christ the King Manor in DuBois, PA, is seeking compassionate Home Support Aides to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. This role focuses on safety, comfort, and independence, with flexible scheduling and paid training to help you succeed.

We value a caring attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic, and offer mileage reimbursement for travel and a supportive team environment in the Clearfield/Jefferson County area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, TB test, and pre-employment physical.
• Available to work every other weekend.
• A caring attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to help reduce isolation and promote independence.
• Transport clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other essential errands.
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document completed services.
• Maintain client confidentiality while providing compassionate, respectful care.
