Job summary

The Oregon Department of Administrative Services is seeking a Home Start Program Analyst to lead the development, implementation, and administration of the Home Start Lands Program. Qualifications

Within DAS, the Enterprise Asset Management Division manages real and personal property for agencies statewide, ensuring responsible, cost‐effective stewardship.We are hiring a Home Start Program Analyst to help launch and shape the newly created Home Start Lands Program—an innovative statewide initiative established by the Legislature in 2025 to transform underutilized public land into affordable housing.
