Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations with timely, accurate order fulfillment
• Deliver pick-up and delivery experience while handling substitutions/refunds professionally
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment: picking, staging, dispensing, delivery coordination where applicable
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping tech, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
• Monitor metrics like order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, customer satisfaction
• Create/manage schedules aligned with order volume and productivity
• Collaborate with department leaders on inventory and out-of-stocks impacting orders
• Hire, train, and develop Home Shopping associates; foster a positive team culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and standards

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑focused order fulfillment
• Deliver an exceptional pick‑up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
• Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
• Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on‑time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out‑of‑stocks impacting orders
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards
