Job summary

PuroClean Managed Services of Williston, VT seeks a hands-on Home Services Production Leader to help keep homes in Vermont clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll be trained to become a pro in a rapidly growing industry.

You’ll perform carpet cleaning, dryer vent and air duct work, inspect equipment, communicate with customers, and complete quick service reports. The role offers ongoing training, certifications, and compensation with hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience is great, but not required — we’ll train you.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (sometimes weekends).
