Responsibilities
  1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route and become a Pro.
  2. Prepare and install home services such as attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
  3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
  4. Interact with customers to set expectations and walk them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
  6. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and safely perform duties, including:

  • Using ladders within weight limits.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Accessing crawl spaces, attics, roofs, etc., including climbing and balancing.
  • Wearing PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Working in various weather conditions.
