Job summary

Orkin is seeking an in-home Sales Inspector to deliver peace of mind to homeowners. You’ll conduct full inspections, present tailored solutions, and close deals using an iPad-based sales system. Earn substantial income with base plus commission while benefiting from Orkin’s training and support.

Candidates should be ready to work in diverse environments and maintain safety standards. A valid driver's license and ability to obtain state licenses are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and physically in the field.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses (we’ll pay for it and train you!).
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and physically in the field
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses (we’ll pay for it and train you!)

What will my work environment be like?

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
