Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to perform comprehensive home inspections, explain findings clearly, and close sales by highlighting the value and protection of Orkin’s services. You will manage appointments and documentation using company tools, work independently, and represent the brand with professionalism and empathy.

Top earning potential is strong with uncapped commissions; training is provided, and a company vehicle is included to support a field-based sales career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full‑home inspections (from attic to crawl space)

• Manage appointments, follow‑ups, and documentation using a company‑provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self‑generated opportunities.
