Job summary

Orkin is seeking talented sales professionals to turn drive and people skills into a long-term career. As an Orkin Sales Inspector, you’ll conduct full-home inspections, build trust, and close sales with homeowners. You’ll work independently, manage appointments on an iPad, and represent a brand customers already trust.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to climb, crawl and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE including respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments and follow-ups using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedules, and maximize leads.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
