Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to deliver peace of mind to homeowners while earning strong income with base + commission. You'll inspect homes, assess pest control needs, and present tailored solutions using an iPad-based sales system, backed by Orkin's training and brand.

This full-time role offers paid training, a company vehicle and gas card, and a full benefits package, with salary potential of $70,000–$95,000 in the first year plus rewards for top performers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses (we'll pay for it and train you).
• Ability to work independently and physically in the field.
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.

• Valid driver's license

What will my work environment be like?

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
