Job summary

Orkin is looking for a Home Sales Inspector in the United States who can combine sales instincts with field expertise. You will visit homes, perform full inspections from attic to crawlspace, and present tailored pest control solutions using an iPad-based sales system.

Top earners can reach $100k+ with base salary plus commissions and benefits. We provide a company vehicle, training, and a supportive team to help you grow your career in pest management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driverrive license.
• Ability to work independently and physically in the field.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses (well pay for it and train you!).
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.

What will my work environment be like?

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
