Job summary

Orkin in Bossier City, LA is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to join our team. In this role you’ll inspect homes—from attics to crawlspaces—and deliver tailored pest-control solutions that build trust with homeowners.

You’ll work with an iPad-based sales system and earn a base salary plus commission, with average first-year earnings between $70,000 and $95,000, plus an annual rewards trip. We provide a company vehicle, gas card, comprehensive benefits, training, paid time off, and career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and physically in the field.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses (we’ll pay for it and train you!).

What will my work environment be like?

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
