Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid experience in home repair, residential remodeling, or handyman work.
• Broad, hands-on skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel to local job sites.
• Fluency in English and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, courteous, and respectful approach to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, and basic plumbing or electrical troubleshooting.
• Install home safety and accessibility upgrades, such as grab bars, handrails, and ramp modifications to assist seniors.
• Assess customer needs on-site, explain repair options clearly, and deliver respectful, empathetic service.
• Represent the company professionally by arriving on time, communicating proactively, and leaving every job site clean and safe.
