Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care to patients in their home setting. The RT will set up equipment per physician orders and manage ventilator care, ensuring prompt delivery and proper operation.

The role emphasizes patient education, follow-up communication, and safe handling of medical devices, with opportunities to contribute to quality home-based care.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist required.
• Experience providing home respiratory care preferred.
• Active RRT or CRT license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and delivery of respiratory equipment in hospital and home settings.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Provide patient instruction on use, maintenance and safety of equipment.
• Perform follow-up calls after equipment setup and provide home care as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
