This multi-skilled role emphasizes quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday mornings, a company vehicle, and a supportive back office to handle scheduling and administration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a handyman, service technician, or multi-skilled trades professional.
• Strong working knowledge of common residential and commercial repair methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ownership of professional-grade tools appropriate for a variety of jobs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to complete a background and driving record check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work at heights or overhead as required.

Responsibilities

As an experienced Handyman, you have strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following:

• Carpentry work
• Bathroom improvements
• Kitchen improvements
• Painting, both inside and out
• Drywall work, minor and major repairs
• General plumbing and electrical, as allowed by law
• Exterior and Interior Door installation, window installation
• Familiar with building codes

Pay & Benefits

• $48,000–$66,500+ annual earning opportunity based on billable production, with guaranteed weekly base pay.
• Your compensation starts with a guaranteed base while you build billable hours, with additional earning potential as productivity and billable hours increase. Experienced Service Professionals have opportunities to earn more through increased production, performance incentives, and monthly bonuses.
