Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an experienced Sales Representative with 2–5 years of proven sales history. You will meet 2–3 homeowners daily in-home, presenting exterior solutions and closing deals with the support of pre-qualified appointments.

Expect elite training, a clear promotion path, and industry-leading close rates. Not an entry-level role, ideal for hungry, high-level performers aiming for leadership and strong commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Not entry-level — 2–5 years proven experience in relevant sales environments.
• Experience in in-home sales, automotive sales, mortgage/finance, or high-ticket B2C roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 homeowners daily.
• Sell exterior services to homeowners with a consultative approach.
• Navigate the sales cycle from presentation to close with pre-qualified appointments.
