Job summary

Mr. Handyman of Avon, Brownsburg and Plainfield is seeking a skilled Handyman Professional to perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.

You will manage your own projects, communicate with customers about scope and costs, and deliver a high-quality service using our proven processes. Benefits include a company van with gas card, schedule support, flexible hours, an iPad with our ServiceTitan system, and IRA/HRA contributions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
• Ability to use technology and mobile devices for job documentation and scheduling.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Own projects independently and meet deadlines with quality work.
• Willingness to work across multiple trades and adapt to varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects, two hours to two days.
• Explain scope, costs, and timelines to customers and manage expectations.
• Deliver a great customer experience and build long-term relationships.
