Job summary

Orkin in Lansing, MI is seeking a Sales Inspector to turn drive and people skills into a successful, long-term sales career in pest control.

You will conduct full-home inspections, explain findings, and close sales while managing appointments and documentation with a company-provided iPad. Earn between $80,000 and $100,000 in the first year through base pay plus commission, with uncapped earnings and company vehicle support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to safely use ladders and PPE as required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term protection of services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with the provided iPad.
• Work independently to maximize leads and opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity.
