Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use a ladder safely.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups and documentation with an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity at all times.
