Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space and explain findings with recommended treatment options. You’ll build trust, close sales, and manage appointments using a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and access crawl spaces safely.
• Comfortable climbing and working in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the best options.
• Close sales with base + commission by highlighting value and protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity.
