Job Responsibilities

  • Route Genie System Ownership & SME: Become Active Day’s primary internal subject matter expert for Route Genie. Maintain a detailed understanding of system configuration, member and facility data, vehicles, drivers, scheduling, routing, dispatch, driver applications, reporting, and system administration. Serve as the first point of contact for system questions, troubleshooting, configuration needs, and operational support.
  • Enterprise Implementation & Adoption: Support the continued rollout of Route Genie across remaining transportation operations. Develop implementation plans, readiness assessments, data requirements, testing plans, training schedules, go‑live checklists, and post‑implementation support. Coordinate with Center Directors, Transportation Coordinators, Dispatchers, Drivers, NEMT Operations, IT, and Transportation leadership.

Maintain quick reference guides, SOPs, training manuals, onboarding materials, and recurring retraining based on user needs.
  • Data Management & Integrity: Establish enterprise data standards and monitor the accuracy and completeness of driver, vehicle, member, route, trip, and facility data. Conduct routine audits, correct data quality issues with operating teams, and define clear ownership for ongoing data maintenance.
