Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Warehouse Technician – Driving to support patients with respiratory and home medical equipment at their homes and healthcare sites. The role combines hands-on equipment management with shipping and inventory tasks, requiring meticulous attention to detail and safe warehouse operation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1 year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, construction, general labor, or related fields.
• Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical/mechanical and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; verify against invoices.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Clean, disinfect, test, and repair returned equipment.
• Track inventory, monitor stock levels and expirations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse.
• Perform data entry, order tracking, and basic admin tasks.
• Assist with loading/unloading and staging deliveries.
• Follow driving policies to deliver safely and on time.
• Deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on use and safety.
• Perform basic patient assessments and follow-up as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide urgent support.
• Complete visit documentation and maintain patient records.
• Adhere to HIPAA and infection control protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
