Job summary

AdaptHealth is hiring a Warehouse Technician – Driving to support patient care with daily warehouse operations and home delivery. You will handle packing, receiving, inventory, and equipment setup in patients' homes and clinics.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Prior related experience is preferred and training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of related warehouse, general labor, or similar experience is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical/mechanical and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; verify accuracy against invoices.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Clean, disinfect, test, and repair returned equipment.
• Track inventory, monitor stock levels and expirations, report shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, compliant warehouse environment.
• Perform data entry, order tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and staging deliveries.
• Follow driving policies and complete deliveries safely and on time.
• Deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patient homes and facilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on use, care, and safety; perform basic assessments as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide urgent support; complete visit documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; follow infection control and PPE protocols.
