Job summary

Reliable Respiratory in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a Hybrid Delivery Driver Technician to deliver and pick up durable medical equipment directly at patients’ homes and assist in the Oxygen Department’s customer service queues. You will complete delivery paperwork accurately, ensure equipment is cleaned to standards, maintain the vehicle, and help manage inventory and orders in warehouse settings.

Prior experience in home delivery and FDA familiarity are valued, with bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Effective and professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to reconcile multiple shifting logistical factors for each appointment.
• Ability to work independently to investigate and make decisions.
• Familiar with FDA regulations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with customers in their homes delivering and picking up durable medical equipment.
• Completes delivery and pick up paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Ensures equipment is cleaned properly and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains the Company vehicle in a clean, safe operating condition and completes logs as required.
• Assists in receiving orders and putting away inventory as needed.
• Oversee product/order fulfillment, including cleaning and testing of equipment in assigned warehouse.
• Assist in monitoring inventory in assigned warehouse to ensure daily deliveries are stocked.
