Job summary

Lincare is the nation’s leading provider of oxygen and home medical equipment. We are seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery to patients, including equipment setup and patient education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience; health care/home care background is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License; meets DOT/FMC regulations.
• Excellent speaking and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain relations with patients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends to address patient medical emergencies.
