Job summary

Lincare delivers home medical equipment and provides patient education on proper use. The Delivery Driver role requires safe driving, patient interaction, and adherence to routes with on-call rotations as needed.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of driving experience, and no CDL requirement for non-CDL roles. Health care background is a plus, with opportunities for growth but requiring physical endurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home medical equipment to patients and provide setup training.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle and loading/unloading safety.
• Build positive relationships with patients and team members.
• Assist with FDA/DOT paperwork and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
