Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a CDL Medical Oxygen Service Technician. This role involves being the company's face to customers, providing empathetic and accurate communication to support health and quality of life. Responsibilities include educating patients on equipment use, troubleshooting, checking in with patients, and building trust through face-to-face interactions.

Daily Responsibilities

• Make deliveries using a straight truck or van (up to 16 feet)
• Educate patients on the safe use and care of respiratory equipment at their homes
• Document interactions for compliance and billing
• Resolve equipment issues as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Preferred: Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements (assistance available)
• Clean criminal background and driving record
• Ability to pass drug, physical, and DOT physical tests
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Community-oriented attitude and desire to help others
