Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting process.
• Prepare quarterly stress testing forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Develop financial updates and presentations for senior management, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze business performance drivers, including profit and loss and balance sheet dynamics.
• Evaluate business models, earnings sensitivities, and strategic initiatives to deepen understanding of financial results.
• Consolidate inputs across teams to produce consistent, well-governed reporting outputs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align messaging and deliverables.
• Deliver quarterly earnings support and recurring management reporting.
• Lead one-off and repeatable analyses requested by senior management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes in a complex organization
• Experience preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting financial results for senior audiences
• Previous managerial experience leading a team
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management capabilities with a track record of meeting deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong relationship management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure
• High attention to detail and strong quality mindset

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 10+ years of professional experience handling large data sets and analyzing profit and loss and balance sheet drivers
• Experience in a finance or planning role within banking or financial services
• Experience using internal financial systems such as Essbase and Databricks
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous process improvement across planning and reporting routines
