As a Home Lending Assistant in Chase Home Lending, you will have the opportunity to work in unison with one or more Home Lending Advisor(s) to create an outstanding customer experience for home buyers. This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. An employment offer is contingent on JPMorganChase's review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries. The position also requires compliance with the DoddFrank/Truth in Lending Act requirements for Loan Originators, including a review of criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and other relevant data. A felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify consideration. The position requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, you will be required to register or update your existing NMLS registration to reflect your employment with JPMorgan Chase. Compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after start date, timely renewal, and required updates thereafter, is mandatory.
