Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive visual inspections of residential properties

• You will be expected to evaluate the condition of plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, and other components of the home, as well as identify any code violations, defects, or safety hazards
• You will communicate your findings to clients in a clear and concise report that outlines the condition of the home and explains any areas of concern
• You will also be responsible for answering client questions and providing advice on how to address any issues that are identified during the inspection
• Conduct detailed, non-invasive inspections of residential properties
• Use specialized tools and equipment to inspect structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
