Outside Sales – Home Inspection Specialist – Pest Control and Insulation Focus

As a Home Inspection Specialist, you will have a designated sales territory where you will be responsible for devising and executing a sales plan from creative sources and qualified leads, developing community relationships for referrals and new sales opportunities, conducting home inspections, preparing specific proposals for individual homeowners, and closing the sale in a consultative manner. You will handle inspections inside attics, basements, crawl spaces, and new residential construction, meeting sales objectives and prospecting for new customers.

This role represents the largest residential pest control provider in North America and offers a dynamic environment for those who thrive in problem‑solving and detail‑oriented scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect for pest, pest harborage, and pest entries
• Determine R‑Value for attics and crawl spaces
• Work independently and self‑start initiatives
• Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems
• Prospect for in‑home sales within your designated territory
• Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers
• Develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities
• Create proposals specific to homeowners’ needs
• Sell additional services to existing customers and new referrals
• Close sales and meet assigned performance objectives
