Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the Chicago area to provide homeowners with trusted pest protection backed by 120 years of expertise. You’ll conduct full-home inspections and close sales by explaining treatment options and benefits, while enjoying award-winning training and uncapped commissions.

You’ll also receive a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. No pest control experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions.
• Use PPE and OSHA-compliant respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections (from attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the best treatment options.
• Close sales by showcasing value, protection, and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
