KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) for a Part Time 30+ schedule in Charlotte, NC. You will work with pediatric and adult patients in their homes, delivering infusion therapies and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Pediatric and adult home infusion experience preferred.
• Flexibility to support after-hours and weekend visits.
• Certifications renewal reimbursement and CEU access provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home patient care per the prescriber’s plan of treatment.
• Utilize IV skills to safely administer home infusion therapies in patient homes.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and educate caregivers.
