Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts in Bloomington, IN. You will provide direct patient care in the home, utilizing IV therapy skills and clinical judgment to support prescribed treatment plans.

This role emphasizes building strong patient relationships, education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective infusion therapies in the home. PRN flexibility and local travel are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in home infusion or IV therapy preferred.
• Ability to work PRN schedule and travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education in the home setting.
• Utilize clinical IV experience to administer prescribed therapies.
