A multi-state provider of home infusion services is seeking a per diem Home Infusion RN to deliver direct patient care in the home setting. Responsibilities include administering IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitoring patient conditions, and performing ongoing assessments. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of home infusion experience, a valid RN license, current BLS certification, and strong clinical skills. We offer referral bonuses and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you're applying.
• Valid driver's license and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home setting.

Requirements
